Job with Dream Company – A Key to Success



It is always a difficult task for every individual to select the dream company and then to dream job. In the recent surveys it is found that people select the dream job based on the brand name & compensation but there are other factors as well which help in fixing the dream company.

Below mentioned are the points which will help the every individual to select the dream job in the dream company.

1. Boss

While selecting a dream job it is utmost important that every individual should do a research work related to the boss behavior and style of work. If boss behavior and style of work doesn’t match with your style than it will be a great problem in order to deliver the high result.

2. The Atmosphere
Positivity -> Thankfulness -> Appreciation

Dream company should have an environment of overflowing with encouragement and hope. Yes, there are extremely difficult days and every person won't always be in the best mood but, if the company has hired the right managers and elected the right directors that will meet those needs. I believe that the right management will keep the atmosphere fun and exciting.

3.  Recognition
Dream job would recognize each individual and the work they do. This is a requirement. I think that a successful management team should watch carefully over their employees. If the employees are not meeting requirements and are not delivering up to standards, then have an encouraging meeting with them. Ask them, what can I do to help you? This is the area I see you are lacking in, let me help you embellish this. Offer constructive criticism and motivation. After all, I believe management stands for the business "motivation" team. 

 4. Better Experience and Career Enhancement
Dream company should provide a better work experience with advancement in the overall career. Every individual should always believe to do better for moving forward. Never look back a year from now and see that I am doing the same tasks or taking care of the same responsibilities now that I was then. While selecting/ seeking for a dream company always proudly ask for the offer and take permission to allow to flourish in my position.

BOSS IS ALWAYS RIGHT. Is yours???

One famous statement always implemented in the offices that “Boss Is Always Right”. I don’t know whether it is 100% correct or not, but it is correct at some extent. Boss is a person who thinks far ahead of you due to his/her experience in the organization. Sometimes this statement fluctuates because due to different mentality of human being.

I have come away with some important keys in which you can easily evaluate whether your boss is always right or not:

  • Always think of his/her own :
This is one of the important fact in which you can easily find out about your Boss nature. If He/ She always think of their own first than Your Boss Is Not Right.

  • Tells Lie :
When a Boss tells lies to their Employees than there is a problem In the Boss.

  •  Hides The Growth opportunity :
When the Boss hides you the important facts where you can have a chance of getting upgraded, than Your Boss Is somewhere wrong.

  •  Fear of Loss :
When Your Boss has always some fear in his/ her judgment about his / her personal loss than in that case you Boss Is Totally Wrong.

  • Fake Promises :
When the Boss makes fake promises with the Employees in order to get the work executed and subsequently transferred from their promises than Your Boss IS Wrong.

  • Never Save Team From Top Management Pressure:
When a Boss saves him / her first from Top Management Pressure, than your Boss is a Coward and selfish.

Always think first for their team.
      Always motivate the team.
      Stand first from team mate and then think for own.
Always be with the promises.

Are You Indispensable At Work

There are times when company goes for restructuring. To make our position very comfortable and safe, we should try to generate some important skills which differentiate us from others. A very famous question asked by HR Manager of Google in his welcome briefing “You get all the usual benefits and you can go to the cafeteria for something to eat, but please don't eat any of the other employees."

The statement said by manager, clearly shows that everyone should try to become the indispensable in the company and should avoid maintaining the tendency of eating other people. To make our creature very important in the company we should follow the following important keys to build indispensable in the company.

1. Think & Look for Opportunity:
To build a key differentiation factor in a company, everyone should try to look forward for opportunity and convert it for company growth no matter how small & simple.

2. Focus on developing skills:
To become an indispensable creature, everybody should focus more on developing skills. Skills can be developed/ enhanced through the working environment, subordinates, Managerial Talk. It is rightly said by the expert that to increase the writing & communication skills, each one should think & imagine themselves as a Manager & work/ Behave like a Manager.

3. Focus More on Current Job:
To become an indispensable in the company, Employee should focus more on their current job instead of looking & thinking for another job change. It will help to increase the current Product/Service Knowledge of an individual. Focusing more on other job will distract the employee and reduces his/her interest towards the current job.

4. Get in touch with Top Management:
To become an indispensable in the company, Individual should focus more on getting touch with the top management. He/ She should start thinking from the company interest point of view and present his/her ideas in front of the management on regular basis. This step will help the individual in gaining confidence & Helps Company in getting new ideas to improve the growth.

5. Kick Out your Ego & Respect All:

It is one of the most important factors which differentiate everyone from an indispensable one. Always remove / hide Personal Ego during the work time and treat everyone with the positive sight. If you are giving respect to everyone no matter the Age/ Qualification/ Designation than it would not only help you to move fast in the company but also it helps you to be accepted in the company.

B2B – B2C - H2H

The trend of business is changing from B2B – B2C – H2H as due to change in requirement, lifestyle, Economy, Culture, Fashion etc. Earlier it has been seen that company more focused on B2B where Buyer and seller both are business parties. In short Business-to-business (B2B) describes commerce transactions between businesses, such as between a manufacturer and a wholesaler. Eg: A company manufactures Engine for two wheeler than they sell their products to some other business for resale purpose.

In B2C where business deal with customer in order to achieve the organization goal and fulfill the customer’s need & want. Business-to-customer marketing refers to the tactics and best practices used to promote product and service among consumers.eg: Sale of Mobile. Business to Customer marketing differs from Business to Business marketing in a number of key ways, one being that it often depends on campaigns abilities to invoke emotional responses, rather than solely demonstrating value.

Now the time has come to shift from B2B –B2C - H2H i.e. Human to Human, where Business and Customer both are human. To do business companies should focused more on making the things simpler and easily available to customers. We should always remember that customer is also a human being as we are hence we should treat them as a human.




In H2H Business concept, everyone should be more focused on removing the complicated things from the business and present the easy things in front of the customers. Generally it has been seen that customers are confused as they have lot of alternatives available in the market. To segregate our business from other’s business we should present our Goods/Services very clear and simple which must be easily understandable to the customer in order to meet the customer expectation and Actual Experience with products.

In H2H business concept, we need to understand the following things:
  
Business doesn't have Emotions/ Feelings/Believes but customers have hence never tried to play with their feelings /Emotions.

 Business always looks first for their profit hence can misguide the customers but customer is a human and they feel bad with such experience hence think first from customer point of view.

Communication shouldn't be complicated. It should just be genuine and simple, with the humility and understanding that we’re all multi-dimensional humans, everyone of which has spent time in both the dark and delightful parts of life.


That’s Human to Human. That is H2H

Marketing V/S Sales

It is always a great confusion between Marketing & Sales. People have confusion as they sometimes think both are same or sometimes they think they are different. In my opinion both have equal importance in company. Marketing role should be to support the sales team at every stage so as to get the maximum business for the company whereas Sales team should take maximum advantage from marketing team so as to get their work done.
For any company sales are very important as they bring revenue but alone sales team can’t make the easy inflow of money in the company until and unless some Strategy/Plan/Support will be provided. Marketing & Sales are two branches of a same tree which can only give fruits when both are binding and helping each other to grow.

It is generally found that Company who have separate department for Marketing & Sales team are growing more as compared to those who have single department. Both the teams are having equal importance and both carry different skills. Marketing Team should carry skill like Strategic planning, Thinking, Motivators, Communication, Research Oriented, Support Activities & able to analyze the shortfall in the same way Sales team should have Go Getter Approach, Field knowledge, Convincing Power, Hard Worker, Punctual.

Every Company should maintain the balance between the team’s like making the Marketing Team to provide every type of support (Data Handling, Data Distribution, Strategy Preparation, Market Research, Form Fillup, Decision regarding whom to target / How to target etc) for sales team & Sales team should take maximum advantage and only focused on giving best presentation in order to close the sale.

Marketing Team should be responsible for understanding the needs, wants of customer so as make customer satisfied by keeping organization goals and objectives into mind.
Sales Team should focused only on sales and must share their problems with marketing team in order to achieve the target.

Main Management Mantra:

Marketing + Sales = Profit

Mozilla Firefox is going to launch sponsored content for first time user. When we install and open Firefox or any other web browser we find 8 or 9 blank website slots, hence to attract and retain more users, Firefox come up with new innovative idea that it will show all the 9 website slots filled. The 9 website slots will be filled as per the user geographical location.
