The trend of business is changing from
B2B – B2C – H2H as due to change in requirement, lifestyle, Economy, Culture,
Fashion etc. Earlier it has been seen that company more focused on B2B where
Buyer and seller both are business parties. In short Business-to-business (B2B)
describes commerce transactions between businesses, such as between a
manufacturer and a wholesaler. Eg: A company manufactures Engine for two
wheeler than they sell their products to some other business for resale
purpose.
In B2C where business deal with customer
in order to achieve the organization goal and fulfill the customer’s need &
want. Business-to-customer
marketing refers to the tactics and best practices used to promote product and
service among consumers.eg: Sale of Mobile. Business to Customer marketing differs from Business to Business
marketing in a number of key ways, one being that it often depends on campaigns
abilities to invoke emotional responses, rather than solely demonstrating
value.
Now the time has come to shift from
B2B –B2C - H2H i.e. Human to Human, where Business and Customer both are human.
To do business companies should focused more on making the things simpler and
easily available to customers. We should always remember that customer is also
a human being as we are hence we should treat them as a human.
In H2H Business concept, everyone
should be more focused on removing the complicated things from the business and
present the easy things in front of the customers. Generally it has been seen
that customers are confused as they have lot of alternatives available in the
market. To segregate our business from other’s business we should present our
Goods/Services very clear and simple which must be easily understandable to the
customer in order to meet the customer expectation and Actual Experience with
products.
In H2H business concept, we need to understand
the following things:
Business doesn't have Emotions/ Feelings/Believes
but customers have hence never tried to play with their feelings /Emotions.
Business always looks first for their
profit hence can misguide the customers but customer is a human and they feel
bad with such experience hence think first from customer point of view.
Communication shouldn't be
complicated. It should just be genuine and simple, with the humility and
understanding that we’re all multi-dimensional humans, everyone of which has
spent time in both the dark and delightful parts of life.
